3. Menopause:

Congestive Dysmenorrhea:  History of endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, polyps 
Spasmodic Dysmenorrhea: Having a family history, smoking and physiological

Fixes: Use a hot bag, take a warm bath, massaging on the abdomen, yoga, regular exercise, and consult your doctor.

5. Excess white vaginal discharge (Leucorrhea)
Leucorrhea is nothing but just vaginal discharge and is actually meant to be a good sign which depicts that your vagina is functioning well. Leucorrhea is harmless and common to see between your cycles or when you are pregnant. But also keep a note if you observe any additional symptoms like itching or burning, change in odor, excessive discharge, pain in the pelvis or legs and yellow or green tint it’s important you see a doctor. Causes: Hormonal imbalance, unprotected sexual activity, poor hygiene, tampon use, immune compromised and uncontrolled diabetes
